EXCHANGE POLICY

We believe that we have taken the steps to ensure the sizing is accurate but of course would like to also make sure that you, our dear customers, are happy with your purchase.

We will gladly accept exchange request within 14 days from the date you received your product. To initiate return and exchange, please email us at binarysingapore@gmail.com and we will set an appointment at our studio to find you the best fit.

Exchange can only be done at Binary Style studio at the National Design Centre, 111 Middle Road #03-07 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10:30am – 5:00pm).

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you this service. Exchange service is only valid for dress purchases with sizing issues only and is not available for sale items.

Exchanged merchandise must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags intact. Exchange is subject to availability. In the event that the exchange product is out of stock, we will do a full refund instead.
