Crafted in fine chiffon, this scarf befitting our president is artistically designed by Binary Style and adapted from unique artworks by Katy Lee and Adeline Vejaletchymy of Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped. Available in 3 different colours, the Utama Collection scarves follows from the first scarf design that was unveiled by President Halimah Yacob during Singapore’s National Day Parade 2020.
